No Show and Cancellation Policy

• All the reservations are guaranteed reservations, subject to the cancellation policy stated in the reservation voucher provided by the resort or the third party on behalf of the resort that the guest has used to make a reservation at the resort.
• If the guest does not arrive at the resort on the day of the guaranteed reservation, without any prior written and mutually agreed change of date or cancellation with the resort, it will be considered a “no-show”.
• The resort reserves the right to charge the guest a full retention charge mentioned in the reservation voucher provided by the resort for the entire reservation.
• The guest has the right to cancel the guaranteed reservations as per the terms and conditions stated in the reservation voucher, subject to any cancellation charges or retention charges as stated in the reservation voucher.
• The resort reserves the right to cancel the guest booking in the event of 'Force Majeure' or other acts of God, such as a natural calamity.
• The resort management retains its right to refund or retain the advance payment if the guest cancels a booking due to unforeseen circumstances at their end.
