• By using this website, the user represents that he/she is of sufficient legal age to use this website and to create binding legal obligations for any liability you may incur as a result of the use of this website.
• The user also warrants that you are legally authorised to make the travel reservations and/or purchases for either yourself or for another person for whom the user is authorised to act.
• The user may only use this website to make legitimate reservations or purchases and shall not use this website for any other purposes, including, without limitation, to make any speculative, false or fraudulent reservations, or any reservation in anticipation of demand.
• This website is to be used by you for your personal use only.
• Commercial uses of this website are strictly prohibited unless prior written consent has been granted.
• The user agrees that he/she will not use this website for chain letters, junk mail, spamming, solicitations (commercial or non-commercial), or bulk communications of any kind, including but not limited to distribution lists to any person who has not given specific permission to be included in such a list.

Child Policy

• Children below 6 years will be complimentary without an extra bed, and children above 6 years will be considered as an extra person in the room, inclusive of an extra mattress and may be chargeable.

Check-in and Check-out Policy

• Check-in time is 2:00 PM (IST) and check-out time is 11:00 AM (IST).
• Early Check-in (check-in before 2:00 PM) and late check-out (check-out after 11:00 AM) are subject to availability and at management’s discretion.
• Management may provide up to 2 hours of check-out beyond 11:00 AM for no extra charge and subject to availability.
• However, any additional time requested beyond 2 hours by the guest is subject to additional charges, with a minimum of 50% of the daily room rate per requested room for late check-out.
• Check-out time after 6:00 PM is subject to 100% of the daily room rate per room requested for the delayed check-out.
